Undoubtedly, these are unprecedented and remarkably difficult times for people everywhere, and we at US Boatworks hope first and foremost that you are healthy and safe.
As global and US. health agencies monitor and report on the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are closely following developments to assess how the virus might impact our customers, our business and the ability of boaters to participate in on-water activities. Like you, we are hoping for better and safer times soon.
Rest assured that the health and welfare of our employees, our families, and our customers are our highest priorities, and we are proactively taking steps to protect people while continuing to provide service and assistance to our customers.
Keeping that in mind, please know that – as of today – we remain open for business and are here to assist you. We are here 9-5 M-F and 9-Noon on Saturday. Our small business shop and showroom does not exceed 10 people and most times remains at 3-4 people. As an added safety measure, we offer curb side parts pick up and boat drop off when you call ahead. You can reach us at 913-342-0011 or parts@staging.boatengine.com.
The Great Outdoors also remains open for business, and boating is a social distancing-friendly activity for many. None of us can predict with confidence the changes we might experience in the near or distant future, so please make sure to follow the advice of health professionals and minimize the potential of coronavirus transmission.
